Our wedding day was an absolute dream, and so much of that is thanks to our amazing day-of coordinator, Erin! She was an invaluable asset from the moment we first connected, which was pretty much at the final hour a few weeks before the big day. I wish we had connected before that because she was so flexible, kind, and helpful; she truly made my stress about everything coming together disappear.

The ceremony and reception setup was a huge undertaking, but Erin managed it all with such incredible efficiency and a calm demeanor. She made sure every detail was exactly where it needed to be, from the floral arrangements and table settings to the guest book and Polaroid selfie table. At the end of the night, she was a true lifesaver, handling the tear-down and packing up all our decorations and personal items. We were able to leave the venue with our families and friends without worrying about a thing, which was a huge relief.

Hiring Erin was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was professional, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was seamless and perfect. Our dream wedding came to life- Highly recommend!

From the very first meeting, Erin made us feel completely at ease. After just one conversation, Erin sent us a mood board that perfectly captured our vision- it was as if she read our minds. Erin’s attention to detail and ability to translate our ideas into reality was nothing short of amazing.

Throughout the entire planning process, Erin was professional, personable and incredibly flexible. What truly stood out was Erin’s calm and collected demeanor- never once did she seem stressed or overwhelmed. Her calming presence made a huge difference and allowed us to truly enjoy the day without a single worry.

Our wedding took place at a venue that required full setup and take down on the same day, which could have easily been stressful. But Erin handled it all on her own- from setting up the entire space beautifully to cleaning everything up afterward. The transformation she created was stunning, and we were blown away by how effortless she made it look.
